(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Elizabeth Killinger, Executive Vice President, NRG Home, has notified the Company of her retirement from the Company. Mr. Rasesh Patel, currently Executive Vice President, Smart Home for the Company, will assume the leadership of the NRG Home business effective immediately. Ms. Killinger will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity until January 2025 to assist with the transition of her responsibilities.
