(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") on September 2, 2025 confirming that the Company has regained compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, based upon a minimum average share price of $1.00 over a consecutive 30-day trading period. As previously disclosed, the Company had received a notice from the NYSE on April 16, 2025 of its non-compliance with Section 802.01C. A copy of the press release announcing the return to compliance is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
