(the "Company") have approved a Special Meeting of Stockholders, to be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Special Meeting"), to approve, among other things, the Company's issuance of shares of common stock under certain of its outstanding convertible notes and warrants. The record date for the Special Meeting is January 23, 2025. Additional details regarding the Special Meeting and the matters to be acted upon will be set forth in the proxy materials that the Company will be filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
