The shares were purchased for cash in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $7.99 to $8.09. Bellevue Capital undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within such range. Additionally, on March 1, 2024, New York City Advisors received from the Issuer 70,607 shares of fully vested Class A Common Stock in lieu of approximately $500,000 of fees payable on such date to New York City Advisors pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.
