On December 23, 2024, the Company received notice (the "Notice") from Nasdaq informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the Rule upon the filing of the Form 10-Qs with the SEC, and the matter is now closed. On December 30, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing its receipt of the Notice. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report for Form 8-K.
