(the "Company") previously filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on July 2, 2024, announcing a subsidiary of the Company entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Capital Development Partners Acquisitions, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company to purchase two parcels of land in Harris County, Texas (approximately 341.3 acres) known as the East and West Jones property for a purchase price of approximately $30.5 million. On September 16, 2024, Capital Development Partners Acquisitions, LLC notified the Company that it was terminating the Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to the terms thereof.
