01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. On July 18, 2024, Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (the "Company"), and Alpine Income Property OP, LP (the "OP"), entered into an amendment (the "Amendment") to the Management Agreement dated as of November 26, 2019, by and among the Company, the OP and Alpine Income Property Manager, LLC (the "Management Agreement"). The Amendment extended the expiration date of the initial term of the Management Agreement from November 26, 2024, to January 31, 2025. All other material terms of the Management Agreement remain unchanged. A copy of the Amendment is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
