Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers. On October 4, 2024, Mark O. Decker, Jr., notified Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (the "Company") that he resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"), effective October 4, 2024. Mr. Decker indicated to the Company that his resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or any member of the Board or senior management team on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. In connection with Mr. Decker's resignation from the Board, Jeffrey S. Yarckin, current member of the Board, will replace Mr. Decker on the Board's Audit Committee.
