Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets. On May 14, 2024, Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Filing") reporting the completion of its acquisition of all of the membership interests in VidaCann, LLC ("VidaCann"). This amendment amends the Original Filing to include financial statements of VidaCann required by Item 9.01(a) and pro forma financial statements of the Company required by Item 9.01(b).
