Item 8.01 Other Events. On December 9, 2025, Pulse Biosciences, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a research collaboration with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to examine the use of the Company's nPulse Vybrance Percutaneous Electrode System for treatment of thyroid cancers. The Investigational Device Exemption submitted for this first-in-human clinical feasibility study has been approved by the FDA. A copy of the press release related to the matters set forth herein is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
