Item 8.01 Other Events. On January 3, 2025, the United States Forest Service ("USFS") issued the Final Record of Decision ("ROD") approving the mine plan of Perpetua Resources Corp. (the "Company") for the Stibnite Gold Project ("Project"). The Final ROD, which documents the rationale for approving the Project, can be found on the USFS web page for the Project. With receipt of the Final ROD, the Company is focused on advancing the Project towards a construction decision, including finalizing the remaining federal and state permits and securing project financing.
