D-Wave aims to engage with the CQE community on materials science research, quantum education, and the development of practical optimization use cases, including for the manufacturing and logistics industries. The CQE includes about 50 corporate, international, nonprofit, and regional partners. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
