Item 8.01 Other Events. On September 17, 2024, Quantum Corporation (the "Company") received a letter (the "Letter") from the listing qualifications staff (the "Staff") of The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), as required by the Nasdaq Hearing Panel's ("Panel") decision dated June 6, 2024. The Letter further stated that on July 11, 2024, the Panel separately confirmed that the Company had regained compliance with the periodic filing requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Periodic Filing Rule"). Accordingly, the Panel has determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on Nasdaq. The Letter also informed the Company that the Panel will monitor the Company's compliance with the Periodic Filing Rule for a period ending on July 11, 2025, per Nasdaq regulations.
