Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure As previously announced, Ryder System, Inc. (the "Company") is hosting its Investor Day on June 13, 2024. In connection with its Investor Day, the Company issued a press release (the "Press Release") and is hosting a webcast during which it will make a presentation to investors (the "Presentation"). In its Presentation, the Company will reaffirm its guidance for the full-year 2024, as previously reported in the Company's first quarter 2024 results in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2024. In addition, the Company is increasing its long-term adjusted ROE target to a range of low twenties (20% - 22%) over the cycle, up from its prior target range of high teens (17% - 19%) over the cycle, as described in the Press Release and Presentation. The Press Release and the Presentation are being furnished herewith as exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
