Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On May 30, 2024, Roblox Corporation (the "Company") held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Holders of the Company's Class A common stock were entitled to one vote per share and holders of the Company's Class B common stock were entitled to 20 votes per share. At the Annual Meeting, 448,577,695 shares of the Company's Class A common stock and 48,677,643 shares of the Company's Class B common stock, together representing 90.89% of the voting power of all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company as of April 1, 2024, the record date for the Annual Meeting, and constituting a quorum for the transaction of business, were present in person or by proxy and voted on the following three proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 11, 2024. 1.
