We have held our last four annual meetings virtually, responding to the various concerns raised by the C OVID pandemic. These virtual meetings have been well received and have proven to be both more convenient and less costly than in - person meetings. Accordingly, we will continue to use this virtual format for our upcoming 202 4 Annual Meeting. Consequently , there is no physical site for our meeting this year and you are invited to participate in the meeting over the Internet from your home, office or other remote location of your choosing.
