Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition On March 7, 2024, Red Violet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2023 (the "Earnings Release"). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. Also on March 7, 2024, following the issuance of the Earnings Release, the Company conducted a conference call to discuss the reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. The Company had issued a press release on February 26, 2024 to announce the scheduling of the conference call. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
