On December 3, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors approved a new stock repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to an aggregate of $150 million of Class A common stock and/or Class B common stock. The new stock repurchase program became effective on December 3, 2024, and replaced the Company's previous $150 million stock repurchase program that was terminated effective December 2, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the new stock repurchase program is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
