(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors (the "Board") declared fourth quarter 2024 common and preferred stock dividends. The Board declared a fourth quarter 2024 regular common stock dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on December 30, 2024 to stockholders of record on December 23, 2024. In accordance with the terms of the Company's 10.00% Series A Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series A"), the Board declared a Series A dividend for the fourth quarter of 2024 of $0.625 per share. Dividends for the Series A are payable on January 15, 2025 to stockholders of record on January 1, 2025.
