Item 8.01 Other Information As previously disclosed, on November 21, 2023, Rezolute, Inc. (the " Company ") received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq Stock Market (" Nasdaq ") indicating that, because the closing bid price for the Company's common stock has fallen below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive trading days, the Company was no longer in compliance with the $1.00 Minimum Bid Price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (the " Bid Price Requirement "). On February 21, 2024, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the Bid Price Requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. To regain compliance with the Bid Price requirement, the Company's common stock was required to maintain a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or more for at least 10 consecutive business days. This requirement was met on February 20, 2024.
