ITEM 2. 02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition On February 2, 2024, Southern Copper Corporation ("SCC") issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended on December 31, 2023. In this press release, SCC reported that on January 25, 2024, the Board of Directors authorized a dividend of $.80 per share payable on February 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2024, 2024.
