Item 8 .0 1 Other Events As of April 16, 2024, SecureTech Innovations, Inc. (" SecureTech ") is actively collaborating with its PCAOB auditing firm, M&K CPSA, PLLC, to finalize the audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. However, SecureTech is encountering ongoing delays in obtaining third-party verifications and a necessary valuation report. These verifications and valuation reports are essential before the auditor can officially sign off on the audit. SecureTech's Board of Directors is optimistic about receiving the confirmations and the valuation report within the next several business days. The auditor's review of these documents and final audit signoff is anticipated during the week of April 22, 2024. Once auditor consent is received, SecureTech will promptly submit its Annual Report on Form 10-K to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
