01 Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events. On October 10, 2025, the Company received a letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Hearings Department (the "Letter"). The Letter notified the Company that it has regained compliance with the bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and is therefore in compliance with the continued listing requirements for the Nasdaq Capital Market. As a result, the hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel scheduled for October 21, 2025 has been cancelled. The Company's common stock will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
