On November 20, 2025, Sealed Air Corporation (the "Company") and Steven Flannery, President of Food of the Company, mutually agreed that Mr. Flannery will be leaving the Company, effective immediately. There are no changes to the severance that Mr. Flannery is entitled to receive pursuant to the previously disclosed Sealed Air Corporation Executive Severance Plan.
