On February 06, 2025, TRIBAL RIDES INTERNATIONAL CORP., , a Nevada Corporation (the "Company"), entered into a Share Exchange Agreement (the "Agreement") with Singta Industries Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Target" or "SINGTA"). As part of the Agreement, the Board appointed following officers and directors: Adam Clode, Chief Executive Officer and Director Candice Beaumont, Director (1) John McMullen, Director (2) (1) Ms. Beaumont is considered independent under NYSE and NASDAQ listing standards. (2) John McMullen is an Interim CEO of SINGTA. On February 6, 2025, Mr. Joseph Grimes, Mr. Sanjay Prasad and Mr. Steven Ritacco, each resigned from the Board of Directors of TRIBAL RIDES INTERNATIONAL CORP., a Nevada Corporation (the "Company").
