Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On December 4, 2025, Stitch Fix, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 ended November 1, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on December 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m Pacific Time to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
