On February 1, 2024, SM Energy Company (" Company ") issued a press release announcing certain estimated 2023 operating and financial results, as well as announcing the Company's planned schedule for year-end 2023 reporting. As indicated in the press release, after market close on February 21, 2024, the Company plans to issue its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial and operating results and 2024 operating plan, which will include an earnings release, a pre-recorded webcast discussing fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial and operating results and the Company's 2024 operating plan, and an associated presentation, all of which will be posted to the Company's website at sm-energy.com/investors. In addition, the Company scheduled a webcast and conference call for February 22, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Mountain time/10:00 a.m. Eastern time to answer questions.
