Monthly web rates as of August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2024 were $1.04 and $1.03, respectively. Monthly move-in rates as of August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2024 were $0.93 and $0.97, respectively. Monthly in-place rates as of August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2024 were $1.66 and $1.64, respectively.
