(the "Company") issued a press release disclosing select preliminary key performance indicators for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On July 19, 2024, Keith Rabin, President of the Company, notified the Company of his intent to resign as president effective July 19, 2024 for personal reasons. Mr. Rabin's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's financials, operations, policies, or practices. Matthew Liotta, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the responsibilities of the Company's president, effective July 19, 2024.
