01. OTHER EVENTS
ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS. On September 8, 2025, Treasure Global Inc (the "Company") received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") informing the Company that it had regained compliance with Listing Rules 5620 (the "Rule"). As previously reported, the Company was notified on July 2, 2025 that it had fallen out of compliance with the Rule, because the Company failed to hold an annual meeting of stockholders within the required twelve-month period from the end of the Company's fiscal year. The Company held its annual meeting of stockholders on August 29, 2025. As a result, on September 8, 2025, Nasdaq notified the Company that the Nasdaq staff has determined that the Company complied with the Rule and this matter is now closed.
