(the "Company") amended and restated its Articles of Incorporation providing for a change in the Company's name from "The Marquie Group, Inc." to "Transglobal Management Group, Inc." (the "Name Change"). The amended and restated Articles of Incorporation of the Company are attached as an Exhibit to this Current Report. Also on December 16, 2025, the Company amended and restated its Bylaws, providing for a change in the Company's name from "The Marquie Group, Inc." to "Transglobal Management Group, Inc." The amended and restated Bylaws of the Company are attached as an Exhibit to this Current Report.
