(the "Company") reported that Mazars USA LLP resigned as its independent registered public accounting firm. On May 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved the engagement of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. ("RRBB") as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm.
