(the " Company ") issued a press release to announce the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0165 per share ($0.066 per year) of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on or about November 13, 2024 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
