01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On January 16, 2025, the Company entered into a Global Long-Term Agreement (the "Agreement") with Deere & Company to supply wheels and tires manufactured in the Company's North America and South America plants to Deere & Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries on a global basis. The Agreement is effective as of November 1, 2024 and expires on October 30, 2027 unless sooner terminated as set forth in the Agreement. The foregoing description is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by the Agreement, which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
