(“ NDP ”) and Ecofin Sustainable and Social Impact Term Fund (“ TEAF ”) (each a “ Company ” and collectively, the “ Companies ”) on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., Central Time at 6363 College Boulevard, Suite 100A, Overland Park, Kansas 66211.
