01 Entry into a Material Definitive
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On November 7, 2025, United States Antimony Corporation entered into a five-year supply agreement with a large U.S. industrial fabric manufacturer for the sale of antimony trioxide, a key ingredient in flame retardant materials ("Agreement"). A copy of the Agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and the foregoing description of the Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to Exhibit 10.1.
