Item 8.01 Other Events On August 15, 2024, UDR, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), issued $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company's 5.125% Medium-Term Notes, Series A due 2034 (the "Notes"), which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by United Dominion Realty, L.P. On August 12, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the pricing of the Notes. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
