Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On May 1, 2024, Unisys Corporation (the "Company") held its annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). As of the close of business on March 4, 2024, the record date for the Annual Meeting, 69,012,293 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Common Stock"), were outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. At the Annual Meeting, a total of 58,355,443 shares of the Company Common Stock were voted in person or by proxy, representing 84.6% of the shares entitled to be voted. The following are the final voting results on proposals considered and voted upon by stockholders of the Company at the Annual Meeting, all of which are described in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2024. 1.
