Oracion, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company that she intends to resign as an officer of the Company, effective April 17, 2024. Ms. Oracion will continue to serve as Chief Accounting Officer until her departure date. Ms. Oracion is pursuing another employment opportunity and her departure is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company's financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments. The Company intends to appoint a new Chief Accounting Officer prior to Ms. Oracion's departure.
