Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year On February 6, 2025, we filed a Certificate of Amendment (the "Amendment to Articles") to the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, as amended, with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada in order to withdraw all previously designated series of preferred stock. As a result, as of February 6, 2025 we had 15,000,000 shares of preferred stock authorized with no shares designated to any series and no shares of preferred stock outstanding.
