Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On March 26, 2024, Velo3D, Inc. ("Velo3D, Inc" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023 (the "Press Release"). In the Press Release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on March 26, 2024 at 2:00p.m. Pacific Time to discuss its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023. On March 26, 2024, the Company also published earnings presentation slides (the "Earnings Presentation") related to its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023 for use in investor discussions.
