Whirlpool Corporation ("Whirlpool"), committed to being the best kitchen and laundry company, in constant pursuit of improving life at home, was incorporated in 1955 under the laws of Delaware and was founded in 1911. Whirlpool manufactures products in six countries and markets products in nearly every country around the world. We have received worldwide recognition for accomplishments in a variety of business and social efforts, including leadership, diversity, innovative product design, business ethics, environmental sustainability, social responsibility and community involvement. Whirlpool had approximately $17 billion in annual net sales and 44,000 employees in 2024. We conduct our business through four operating segments: Major Domestic Appliances ("MDA") North America; MDA Latin America; MDA Asia; and Small Domestic Appliances ("SDA") Global. The MDA Europe segment, which is presented within our results through the first quarter of 2024, was deconsolidated as of April 1, 2024.
