02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition. Waste Management, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release today announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. The Company is conducting an audio webcast to discuss these results beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on July 25, 2024. Listeners can access the live audio webcast by visiting investors.wm.com and selecting Events & Presentations from the website menu. A replay of the audio webcast will be available at the same location. On the webcast, management of the Company is expected to discuss certain non-GAAP financial measures. The Company has provided information regarding its use of non-GAAP measures and reconciliations of such measures to their most comparable GAAP measures in the notes and tables that accompany the press release.
