On April 5, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Scot Cohen ("Mr. Cohen"), who serves as the Company's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and as its Principal Executive Officer, to the position of Interim Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective immediately. For the information required by Items 401(b), (d), (e) and Item 404(a) of Regulation SK, see the Current Report on Form 8K filed by the Company on December 15, 2023, the relevant portions of which are incorporated herein by reference. Mr. Cohen will continue to serve pursuant to his existing Employment Agreement, dated October 12, 2023, as amended on January 14, 2024 (as amended, the "Employment Agreement").
