Item 8.01 Other Events On December 9, 2025, WSFS Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), filed a preliminary prospectus supplement to the prospectus, dated June 23, 2023, contained in its registration pursuant to which the Company is proposing to offer and sell a newly issued series of Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2035 (the "Notes"). In connection with the proposed offering and sale of the Notes, the Company made available an investor presentation (the "Investor Presentation") to be used by members of management in meetings with potential purchasers of the Notes. A copy of the Investor Presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
