On August 15, 2025, Mr. Robert Cook notified Wytec International, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Wytec"), of his resignation as a director of Wytec and as a member and chairman of Wytec's audit committee, effective on August 15, 2025. Wytec has accepted Mr. Cook's voluntary resignation as a director of Wytec and as a member and chairman of Wytec's audit committee. Mr. Cook resigned voluntarily for personal reasons.
