(the "Company") convened its Annual Meeting of shareholders for the purpose of holding a shareholder vote (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company voted: 1. To elect 5 directors to hold office for a one-year term that will expire at the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders ("Proposal 1") 2. To ratify the appointment of Wolf & Company, P.C. as auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (" Proposal 2 ") 3.
