Item 8.01 Other Events On March 24, 2024, Clear Secure, Inc. ("CLEAR" or the "Company"), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement with Staples US Retail Inc. ("Staples") to offer its TSA PreCheck enrollment provided by CLEAR services at Staples retail stores across the country. CLEAR expects to begin providing services in Staples stores later this year, and plans to scale locations on a rolling basis, all subject to TSA approval.
