On October 1, 2024, the Company reconvened and then determined to further adjourn, without conducting any business, the Annual Meeting, because the Company did not have a sufficient number of shares of the Company's common stock present in person or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting to constitute a quorum. The adjourned meeting will reconvene on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
