( BPM ); and 3. Oliver Paul Weisberg ( Mr. Weisberg ). This Statement relates to Shares (as defined herein) held for the account of Absolute Partners Master Fund Limited ( APMF ), an exempted company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands. BPCL is the investment manager of APMF and, in such capacity, exercises voting and investment power over the Shares held for the account of APMF. BPM is the sole shareholder of BPCL.
